This reality makes it even more important that these young individuals, millennials, sometimes take a ‘time out’ and reflect and connect to their gut – about who they are, what their dreams are, and what is ‘noise’ and what is real. We believe INDIVIDUALS provides a valuable platform and lens in this regard.”

The group of partners participated in INDIVIDUALS’ ‘Emerging Leadership Program’. The purpose of the program has been to define the overall direction and the milestones that that will bring the partner group and Signifly to the next level.
The program has included individual counselling sessions with each partner and three workshops where all of the partners was challenged together. Subsequently, INDIVIDUALS contributed with concrete recommendations to the partners based on the insights, we had gained throughout the program.
