Max participated in the 2017 mentorship program in Shanghai.
It can be difficult to mention one thing that can be defined as a key take away from my participation in the mentorship program. The most important thing for me was to be able to talk and discuss about me and my career with an impartial partner. A person who has no perception of who you are can give perceptive which the persons close to you can not because of their perception of you.
That is why, I found it very valuable that the purpose of the program is to reflect and talk about your selves and receive guidance of what your next step in your career should be.
Furthermore, it has been truly beneficial to be connected with likeminded people with the possibility to talk and challenge each other on common issues. I have not yet found any clear answers but I have been set on a meaningful path.
